    Awww a gorgeoues little collection of things to be grateful for! I love kid's drawings...and I think your red & orange outfit really compliment your wingnut ears LOL!!! Hehehe!
    This morning, my 2yr old drew her Grampy {on his birthday card} and he has a GIGANTIC head, 1 massive ear & 1 tiny....long curly hair {whereas he's almost bald in real life} and droopy eyes :) But...because it's done by her...it's DIVINE!! I love hanging her art around our house....I'm grateful for that too!

    I just love kids artwork. My daughter is beginning to draw circles (before it was just scratches) and she is quite imaginative, one circle is a duck, another one is a bear. I'm grateful that my daughter is healthy and I'm grateful that I have a loving family that loves me as if I was their own daughter (not their daughter-in-law).

Berrylicious ice cream recipe and a giveaway for you

As the weather warms up the kids tend to ask for something cold and yummy to enjoy after school. Reading the ingredients labels on ice cream I feel at a loss trying to figure out what all those numbers mean, I mean really, it’s just ice cream, how many ingredients need to be in there after all. I love to try and make everything from scratch so why not ice cream, well I had a go and using an ice cream maker made it really quick and easy. Here’s a basic recipe I made using a Cusinart ice cream maker Berrylicious ice cream Makes 1 litre Ingredients     ¾ cup whole milk   ½ cup sugar or honey if you prefer 1½ cups cream 150grams mixed berries, thawed and slightly mashed with a fork Method U sing a mixer or hand whisk, mix milk and sugar in a bowl for a few minutes until sugar has dissolved   Add cream and mix until combined Turn the machine on and pour the mixture into freezer bowl, and let it mix until thickened, about 25 minut...

Firsts

It feels like I haven't been around for such a long time and I really have missed you! There has been alot going on in the m.e family but I am still camera challenged so for the first time in many years I feel unable to express myself.   Unable to document moments in our family's life that are firsts and some that just need to be filed away and remembered. kinder friends and their Diwali henna tattoos The kids went on their first ever camel ride the other day at the Whittlesea show and I couldn't photograph it, I baked a cake and wanted to share it with you but I couldn't.
