Cranraspberry Smoothie
Today is absolutely beautiful here, it is singlet weather which is great and the kids are happily playing in the gorgeous sunshine. I thought I'd make them a healthy treat, which is also a great after school snack for littlies.
Cranraspberry Smoothie
ingredients
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- blend all ingredients together and serve, easy as that
enjoy the day whatever the weather is ♥✗

ReplyDeleteAlmost every time I come and visit, I leave as hungry as a horse or desperately craving sweet treats. Why don't you do something with cauliflower? I'd be pretty safe with that.

ReplyDeleteFrom age 7 on, I lived primarily with my Dad (whose fantastic by the way, but I digress) and smoothies were his breakfast staple for my sister and I (dare I include that he sometimes threw a raw egg in the mix?). All grown up now, I still enjoy them (raw egg free though) but haven't ever tried cranberry juice as an addition! I'll have to get right on that...
